(ICC) is pleased to announce a series of workshops from April 16th to April 18th to help you learn and prepare your own “Health Care Proxy and Living Will”. You can select a workshop date and time most convenient for you and your family. \nDuring this workshop\, you will learn about “Health Care Proxy and Living Will”\, also known as “Advanced Health Directive” and prepare this important legal document (non-financial) at no cost to you and without further delay. It will be a “Do it Yourself” (D.I.Y.)\, confidential and without any legal fees project. \nEveryone above the age of 18 should have one created for themselves. For ICC and his personal commitment of service and contribution to the community\, they have received many recognition and awards including an invitation at the White House in May 2010 and ICC has received “Best Non-profit organization in New England” at New England Choice Award (NECA) on November 15\, 2019.
