Your expectations as a client
A family or individual requesting help is considered ICC client. We will do our best to guide or assist you through ICC volunteer resources.
- We will keep your information confidential and share it with ONLY those volunteers and mentors involved in your case helping you.
- Our volunteers will treat you with respect and courtesy.
- Our aim is to provide best possible guidance and moral support as you may be going through a difficult chapter in your lives.
- Please note that there are no fees or charges for our volunteer services.
-If at any time you are concerned about ICC and its volunteers role, feel free to reach out to leadership of ICC. This will allow us to respond and address any issue(s).
