Hashad Sanghvi, MD, FACC shares very valuable information about Heart Health under the topic of “Simple Steps to a Healthy Heart”.
In this presentation he discusses risk factors we face as South Asian and sheds light on some of the facts. He provides information on non-modifiable risk factors (that we have no control over) but most importantly Modifiable risk factors which we can control and therefore enjoy healthier heart and improved quality of life!! He also identifies some of the warning signs and ends with a hopeful message that “Heart disease is highly predictable, preventable, treatable, and reversible”.
Dr. Sanghvi is a practicing Cardiologist and a Fellow of American College of Cardiology (FACC). He serves his patients as a Director of Intensive Care Unit at Baystate Mary Lane Hospital at Ware, MA.
