Prevent or reverse Diabetes and Heart Disease through Lifestyle program
- South Asians are 2-3X more likely to get Heart Disease and/or Diabetes than the rest of the population.
- We offer a culturally tailored, evidence-based proven Lifestyle program to reduce the risk or completely prevent the onset of these life-threatening diseases.
