“When the material, psychological, and spiritual dimensions are brought into balance, life becomes whole, and this union brings feelings of comfort and security”
Deepak Chopra 1

What is a life of balance and ease? To know the answer to this question, first we need to answer important questions: What does life of balance mean to you? What does life of ease mean to you? Then ask, where are you struggling to create the balance, you want in your life? What tools are you using to create steadiness in your life?

Physical balance is having your weight spread equally so that you do not fall, the ability to move or to remain in a position without losing control or falling, a state in which different things occur in equal or proper amounts or have an equal or proper amount of importance, equipoise between contrasting, opposing, or interacting elements, an aesthetically pleasing integration of elements, mental, and emotional steadiness.

Resilience involves the ability to recover and rebound from challenges and setbacks. Being resilient can be important for helping people deal with a variety of problems and bounce back from trauma.

Are you tired, stressed, overwhelmed, and short on time? If yes, then your life balance is off. This can lead to poor health, loss of productivity, and burnout.

Creating balance in your life is one of the most important things you can do for living your best life. Why? Balance is one of the best ways to have control over your own life. Balance allows you to embrace the decisions that you make, and the things that you want in your life. It helps you avoid burnout, keep frustrations in check, and get to your full potential.

The goal is to poise or arrange life in balance, to bring life into harmony or proportion, and to bring life to a state or position where different elements are in the correct proportions so that there is stability in life. There are elements of our life that require delicate balance. These are physical, social, material, emotional, spiritual, mental, pleasurable, and professional. Your happiness lies in the balance.2 Strike the right balance. Know what you want. Set your priorities in life. And ask where are you struggling with creating the stability you want in your life? What tools are available to help you? Set goals, focus, be mindful, and elicit the relaxation response.

Given the times we live in, act now. Consider joining us for the one-hour free introductory workshop, and learn how to  Create a Life of Balance and Ease.
