Have you ever wondered who would make medical decisions for you if you were unable to speak for yourself? Would your loved ones know your wishes?

Join us for a free, in-person workshop designed to help you understand and complete two essential legal documents: the Health Care Proxy and Living Will. You’ll receive a complimentary copy of the Five Wishes® document—widely accepted in All Fifty States in the US—and step-by-step guidance to complete it during the session.

• How to choose the right health care agent
